Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Some products may have different return conditions as noted on product pages.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Software, digital downloads, or opened media

  • Personalized or custom-configured products

  • Gift cards

  • Products marked as "final sale"

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at clicktech@outlook.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number

  2. Pack the item securely with all original materials

  3. Include the RA number on the shipping label

  4. Ship to the address provided by our support team

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges
We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at clicktech@outlook.com. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund and cover return shipping costs.
